Using a chair, there are Exercise Ball Ab Workouts that can be done for those that are interested in developing great abs and also in adding some variety into their routines. For this exercise to work with the chair, take a small exercise ball and then lay down on the floor. Place the chair in front of you with your legs on the chair slightly parted. Let the ball be on your groin area. Roll the ball upwards till it reaches your knees and then slowly roll the ball back down. For this ab workout to be effective, you need to do it slowly and carefully. If you do any sudden movements you can actually end up hurting your abdominal muscles. People often forget an important aspect when doing these exercises and that is to breathe properly. Be sure to take slow, deep breaths while doing this exercise. It does not have to be at the gym.
